A key element of the days’ programming includes a series of live case studies, where individuals (or pairs, in some cases) will share their own career and/or workplace experiences – strategies, promising practices, challenges, outcomes and more. This is a participatory process that creates strong connections, shared understanding and deeper learning on the issues of intergenerational tensions and workplace collaboration.
